HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following reception of the order. Successfully placed orders will receive an order confirmation email with the order details. In the event you do not receive the email, please check your spam filter or contact us on info@ophyll.co.za. We alway make every effort to fulfil your orders in an expedited fashion.
Upon processing of your order, you will receive another notification highlighting the estimated delivery date of your order.
ORDER STATUS
You will receive email updates on the status of your order. Alternatively, you can track your order by clicking on the order confirmation link received in your email or if you have created an account with us, check under “My Account”.
DELIVERY METHODS, TIME AND COSTS
Depending on the destination address, the time you make your order, and item availability, shipping choices may vary. We will show you the possible delivery methods and the cost of your product after you complete your transaction.

Home delivery:
Standard delivery – 100 ZAR / FREE (Orders over 700 ZAR)
The estimated delivery time will be between 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery address. Please note, these time frames may be different for remote areas. Additionally, deliveries are only made on business days.
Should we include delivery times based on province?
NB: Please review your information and ensure you have provided us with the correct information to allow us to provide you with expedient and great service. We are not responsible for non delivery due to errors in the delivery information provided to us. In the event that the order is returned due to incorrect delivery address provided to us, we will refund the original order (excluding shipment) and request you to provide us with correct information by re-submitting your order.
